Training must be paid for before training commences. This can be a single lump sum or the cost can be split over monthly payments. To be agreed before training commences. If training is paid for in a single payment, you qualify for A 5% DISCOUNT!!
By signing the training agreement, the client commits to:
- Attending all PT sessions
- Carrying out prescribed solo exercise programme
- Following prescribed nutrition plan
- Flagging any concerns or questions as early as possible.
- By signing the training agreement, Real World Personal Training ltd commits to:
- Creating bespoke programmes
- "Buy in" to the client’s success
As mentioned elsewhere on the site, as proof of our confidence we offer a 100% money back guarantee if you are not happy with the results you achieve as a result of our training programme.
However, the client must be able to prove that they have completely adhered to the Terms and conditions of the training agreement in order to qualify, namely:
- Workout a minimum of 2–3 days per week following the Real World Personal Training Ltd programme for the duration of the programme (cancelled training sessions must be made up during the same week or the following week)
- Complete cardiovascular activity exceeding twenty (20) minutes per day at least three times per week
- Fill out your Accountability Food and Cardio Journal in its entirety each day
- Follow your custom-designed nutrition plan.
After the programme, if you can honestly say you followed all four of the requirements and do not look or feel better than you did when we started, we will refund your entire package investment.
