Covid - 19

January 2021 - Due to the current lockdown regulations, I am restricted in the services that I can provide.  I am still able to train clients and currently offer the following options:

1 to 1 training outside - This has to take place in a park or other public space as we are not allowed to work in private gardens at the moment.  I am very serious about maintaining social distancing and ensuring that all equipment is properly sanitized both before and after every session.  As working outside in winter can be a challenging experience, participants need to ensure they have gloves, dress in layers that can be removed as they warm up and are prepared to train with the limitations of the equipment I can bring to each session.  I will ensure Covid-19 safety, will choose a safe location for training and will be flexible in the event of bad weather that may prevent us training.  For anyone considering this option, I have delivered many successful outdoor sessions since indoor training has been banned, so it's not as bad as it may sound!

On - Line Training - Zoom training sessions are also working well, with several clients increasing the frequency of their sessions during lockdown.  Limitations are that we can only work with equipment the client has (although I can loan out equipment if needed) and you may need to move your camera from time to time, so I can see what you are doing clearly!  Group classes over Zoom are still going strong.  This is the cheapest way to train with me as classes are only £5 per session.
