  • My name is Simon Dean and I started Real World Personal Training to provide honest and effective health and fitness training, mentoring and guidance.  If you are looking for a personal trainer to help you to achieve your health and fitness goals, I believe I can help you. 

Things I do:

I can provide you with a bespoke plan to keep you training between PT sessions or classes.  This will progress as you do and will never get boring!
