Good nutrition is the key to success. I can help you find the right way of eating to support your goals.
I can provide you with a bespoke plan to keep you training between PT sessions or classes. This will progress as you do and will never get boring!
I have been training with Simon for just over two years and would not hesitate to recommend him. I have not had PT sessions before and always find going to the gym a bit intimidating. Being able to go to Simon's house has meant that this is not an issue. The exercise programs are always geared to you as an individual and Simon is always happy to share his expertise with both exercise and nutrition
